I'm Irish not an Irish. I know I am meant for big things. Meanwhile, I'll laze around while my path is being prepared.
I wrote the ‘Noli me Tangere’ to awaken the sentiments of my countrymen. I shall be happy if among those I awaken I will find more notable champions.

DARNA LIVES, a fan fiction made by Gerry Alanguilan and Arnold Arre. This is very nice! Have you ever wondered what happened to our superheroes after vanquishing the ultimate antagonists of their stories? Darna Lives give us an idea to the question “what happened next?” to one of our own comic superheroes.
Sam gave this link to me and I find the story and art really wonderful. Check the comic chronicle here. Disclaimer: Image from Darna Lives blog page. Take time to read this, especially if you’re a Filipino and you know the story of Darna. Support our local artists!

Former First Lady Imelda Marcos and Colonel Muammar Gaddafi share a light moment in this 1974 video still, when Mrs. Marcos went to Libya in order to “beard the lion in his den”, as Carmen Guerrero-Nakpil, once an aide of Mrs. Marcos, put it.

Mrs. Marcos would later report, among other things, that Gaddafi asked her, “Why don’t you become Muslim?”
